- Do you make custom designs?
- Yes, I love receiving custom requests. The best (and fastest) way to request a design is through my Facebook group
- How do I find designs for a certain shape/theme?
- At the top of the page is a menu with dropdown menus that allow you to narrow your search by holiday, occupations, product, shape and theme.
- I can't find the order email that I received, how can I download the designs I purchased?
- Your purchases are always connected to your account. Open your account, navigate to your orders. Click on order details to find the download link.
- How do I find out how many MAP points I have and how do I redeem them?
- Click the "Rewards" button on your screen to access your reward account. Here you will be able to see your balance, how to earn points and how to redeem them.
- Is there a way to save the designs I want to purchase in the future other than putting them in my cart?
- Yes! There is a wish list where you can add all your favorite designs. Just click the little heart to add a design, click it again to remove it.
